Products sold by Macstore Nepal come with a manufacturer's warranty. Details are provided with the product.

For warranty service or repairs, please contact the manufacturer's authorized service center in Nepal. We can assist you in finding the nearest service center.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and store — including logos, trademarks, and images — is the property of Macstore Nepal or its licensors, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and take effect upon posting. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Force Majeure

Macstore Nepal shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, or materials.

14–15. Severability & Entire Agreement

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Macstore Nepal regarding the Services, superseding all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
