We use high-quality packaging materials from reliable vendors and conduct thorough testing to ensure package safety before every shipment. In the rare event you're not satisfied with the product delivered, contact us and our team will review it on a case-by-case basis.
All home delivery orders will be dispatched to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery should reach you within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Please ensure your address is accurate before placing an order.
While we strive to ship all items in your order together, certain circumstances — such as product availability or specific shipping requirements — may result in items being shipped separately. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
All shipments, including gifts, will be accompanied by an invoice mentioning the item price, in compliance with Nepalese tax regulations. This applies to all orders and invoices cannot be omitted by request.
Macstore Nepal is not liable for delays caused by our logistics partners. However, we guarantee to hand over your consignment to the courier within 2 working days of order confirmation and payment.
